The company comes with more than 50 years of experience and continued commitment to the community, as well as the people they have worked with and supported. The company is widely recognised and was established long before the name you know now. As leading market professionals, the real estate name Cornerstone Property Partners has a solid foundation in the Residential, Commercial and Property Developments market.

Cornerstone Property Partners originates from the original Hodgson & Hodgson Estate Agents and Hodgson Property Group real estate brands. Owned and headed up by the late Jenny Hodgson. Her commitment to the real estate industry and her clients, has left behind a legacy to which Cornerstone CEO Dean Hodgson has continued with pride and the same drive and commitment as Jenny.

The Hodgson brand believed that like Eagles, they soared to greater heights with your business and after her passing, Dean Hodgson took the opportunity to grow the business into a National South African brand that is and would be, a committed company to building the futures of current and new real estate professionals and that would grow from the foundation of an empire that was started with nothing more than Jenny’s passion for real estate.

The Hodgson brand was born back in 1980 and the business has grown from strength to strength and expanded through the vision of Dean Hodgson to what is now Cornerstone Property Partners.

Cornerstone Property Partners has successfully grown their market share and has established their head office in Ballito, KZN. The company has expanded nationally and internationally and theCornerstone real estate experience, has already made its mark in Cape Town very successfully.

Along with Cornerstone Property Partner real estate services, the company also encompasses financial service outsourcing, coaching, training, and development of new agents and ultimately, striving to ensure that their clients receive the best in service. Cornerstone Property Partners offer continuous coaching and training and are committed to the highest standards of ethics throughout the company.
